Dr. Samir Parikh

Dr. Samir “Sammy” Parikh is a board-certified neurological surgeon dedicated to providing advanced, patient-centered care for brain and spine conditions. He is the founder of The Neuro & Spine Wellness Center in Frisco, Texas, where he has been serving patients since 2012 with a focus on minimally invasive and complex spine surgery, as well as cranial neurosurgical care.

Dr. Parikh completed his neurosurgical residency at the prestigious Mayfield Clinic & Spine Institute and the University of Cincinnati Neuroscience Institute, where he served as Chief Resident and received advanced training in complex cranial surgery and minimally invasive spine techniques. He earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and completed his undergraduate studies in Chemistry at the University of Texas at Dallas, graduating summa cum laude.

Dr. Parikh is affiliated with multiple hospitals across North Texas and has also provided neurosurgical care at leading medical centers through locum tenens positions nationwide. His clinical excellence is complemented by published research in trauma and neurological disease, including Alzheimer’s and cerebrovascular injury.

A Texas native, Dr. Parikh is deeply committed to the well-being of the community he grew up in. He is known for his compassionate bedside manner and dedication to helping patients achieve long-term wellness and mobility.
