Dr. Samir Parikh

Dr. Samir “Sammy” Parikh is a board-certified neurological surgeon who delivers advanced, patient-centered care for brain and spine conditions. He founded The Neuro & Spine Wellness Center in Frisco, Texas, and has served the community since 2012. His specialties include minimally invasive spine surgery, complex spinal procedures, and cranial neurosurgery.

He completed his residency in neurosurgery at the Mayfield Clinic and Spine Institute, as well as the University of Cincinnati Neuroscience Institute. There, he served as Chief Resident and received advanced training in cranial and minimally invasive spine techniques. Dr. Parikh earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. Before that, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Chemistry.

Dr. Parikh works with multiple hospitals across North Texas. He has also treated patients at top medical centers nationwide through locum tenens roles. His clinical expertise is supported by published research on trauma, Alzheimer’s disease, and cerebrovascular injury.
